AI content writing
Introduction
Hey content writers, brace yourselves, because we’re diving into a topic that’s part of our everyday lives!
Hold on tight, because here comes some exciting news or maybe not so exciting; it might pinch a little!
AI is evolving in our lives at lightning speed like a leap from a bullock cart to a rocket!
Human-Written, AI-Free
As a content writer, I write articles for websites. For me, it’s a wonderful experience to be a content writer. I explore the world and gather the information I need to create meaningful content.
To write an article, I often spend days researching, going through blogs, news sites, and Google searches. Through this process, I gain a lot of knowledge.
I used to refer to other blogs and adapt the information to write articles from my own perspective. In my opinion, it’s a great practice.
However, as a content writer, I faced many challenges in finding the right information. It often took several days just to prepare and complete one article.
A lot of time was wasted on writing a single piece because the process of gathering information was slow. Back then, I didn’t have proper resources or advanced tools like AI.
Only google was a default option, on a larger perspective.
Pros:
- I conduct research and provide accurate data along with the correct sources.
- I deliver the content that meets our needs.
Cons:
- Efficiency was lacking in content writing.
- Writing a single article took around 2 to 3 days.
Content Creation with AI
AI is evolving rapidly in our daily lives and content writing is no exception.
I’ve been using AI tools for content creation, and it’s honestly amazing. These tools can generate multiple blog ideas at once. It’s crazy how efficient they are, don’t you think so?
AI is helping in getting my work done in a jiffy (meaning very quickly, almost instantly).
There are tools like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok AI, and many others. With these, writing articles and gaining knowledge has become so much easier.
These tools are not only powerful but also offer friendly, conversational experiences.
AI can write articles just like we do. It can generate ideas, improve our content, and reshape it according to our needs.
AI can make your job as a writer a whole lot easier. Based on my experience so far, I find these three tools ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Gemini are better for content writing.
I’ve also tried Perplexity Deep Research for content writing, but in my opinion, it’s not very effective. It often provides irrelevant or low-quality information.
The rest of the tools, however, work well and are great for assisting with content creation.
Pros:
- AI tools help improve efficiency when writing content.
Cons:
- AI tools aren’t always reliable with statistics, so we have to manually refine that part of the content.
What is the way forward?
Experience vs Amateur with AI
Imagine two content writers. One has 10 years of experience but doesn’t know how to use AI tools, and the other has only 1 or 2 years of experience but uses AI tools really well. In today’s world, there’s hardly any difference between them when it comes to output. In fact, I’d go with the one who knows how to use AI tools.
Because: I believe the content gets more refined, faster to produce, and tailored to audience needs when AI is used effectively. It’s not just about experience anymore it’s about how smartly you work with the tools available.
Is AI Replacing Jobs?
AI tools can now do all kinds of work like Designing, Writing content, and managing Social Media. Because of this, some jobs might be in danger in the future.
But in the next 5 years, AI Agents might do most of the work, but there should still be a person to handle and guide the tools.
AI Skills Will Get You Hired
In the future, if you know how to handle AI tools, companies will be more likely to hire you.
Conclusion:
AI is evolving in our daily life and also for content writers. In the back of 2023.I faced a lot of challenges from getting information to writing the articles , it consumed more time. After using AI tools for writing content, I benefited in multiple ways. It paved the way for greater creativity, improved content quality, and, of course, increased efficiency.
